Worth a little trip- a cool and trendy place that feels like it's naturally come to be that way, not like it's trying too hard. I've been to a show and a progressive community building fundraiser, but I'm looking forward to finding a seat on a quieter night. One downside is there's only two little bathroom stalls, one sitting and one standing, and one of the nights I was there, the sitting one was out :(

Went on a week night when hardly anyone we there. My friend and I sat at a covered table outside where we could spread out our art stuff and draw. It was perfect. Love the murals and arty feel. The red headed bartender was super friendly and made an unusual and awesome old-fashioned.

The bartenders are super friendly and the drink list is great (full bar). There's a lovely outdoor area, including an area to build a fire. Typical weekends offer phenomenal artists playing all sorts of music- I've heard everything from experimental to jazz to blues as well as everything in between: I've even seen artists painting in here. It's a pretty decent crowd. I'd be surprised if you don't leave with a few friends by the end of the night.

What a great bar! The ambiance is amazing, the service is fantastic, and the drinks are good. If you stop by during the day, the coffee is great.

The spot is very unique, and so cool! The decor is really unusual with so many different things to look at. The best I think is the backyard or the outside area with two fire pits inside a privacy fence. You go out there and you can sit outside and everybody comes out there and sits by the fire and talk and meet people. Atmosphere is great I didn't get the chance to eat food, that I was told by many people that the food is excellent there, and I am going to have to try it. Food and drink, I noticed, were a little bit on the pricey side, but it must be well worth it, or people wouldn't come back. There seems to be a lot of people that do come back. I definitely would recommend, "The Spot" to everyone!!!!

Weird, quarky, and classic...This is everything I want in a classic dive bar. One of the best kept secrets in Lafayette. They have great drink prices, and a killer back patio with firepit. I've been here for shows and hangs. It never disappoints.

Great atmosphere, and good drinks for a good price. They have seasonal cocktails with lots of spaces. There are multiple seating areas for different vibes- the bar area with high top and regular table seating, a stage area with tables, as well as an outdoor space with picnic tables as well as typical tables and chairs. Great place for sitting outside on a nice day.
